Superior category extra virgin olive oil, obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. Cold-pressed.

 

The oil from the DEMO Farm is extracted from hand-picked olives in the hills of the Cilento National Park and pressed the same day.

 

It is green in color with golden yellow hues, medium fruity, with notes of almond and herbs, and medium bitterness. It has hints of fresh almond and an apple aftertaste. It is ideal for vegetables, white meats, fish, and salads.
